Green Dolphin, V&A Waterfront: Lee Gelderbloem trio
The “Open Mic” voice search competition is held at “Jackson Hall” – Grand West Casino every Wednesday night for 12 weeks.This is the second year and every week 3 of the contestants go through to the finals.It is open to all except professionals. There is a Grand Prize of R30,000.00 to be won this year........................

Mike Laatz plays at Barristers, Newlands, from 6 to 8pm
Lee Gelderbloem trio play at Green Dolphin
John Russell is at Cru Cafe’ Cape Quarter extension from 6 to 9pm

Sundowners at Bread Cafe’, Bromwell, 250 Albert rd Woodstock from 4-7pm with Ashton Gardner.
From 4pm, Virtual Jazz Reality (VJR) play at the Pepper Club, Pepper street. R60 includes oysters and a glass of bubbly.

Sebastian Ensemble are at Constantia Nek from 8 to 11.30
Rob Drake plays at Manuka, Steenberg, from 6 to 9pm
Cape Dutch Connection play at Col'Caccio Pizzeria, 66 Huguenot st., Franschhoek from 5.30 to 8.30. R140 per couple includes a bottle of wine
